ORDER TRACKING
My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?
The majority of our orders come with a tracking number. However, if your order does not have one, please contact us at support@parnai.com for further details. You will receive your tracking number by email within a few days after your order has been dispatched.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email. If you provided a phone number during checkout, you will also receive a notification via SMS. The tracking number will be included once available.
The tracking site says the package was delivered, but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?
Sometimes, tracking systems mark an order as delivered when it has reached your local post office, but you have not yet received the package. In this case, we recommend waiting a few more days for delivery or contacting your local post office for more information.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Parnai ships worldwide. We offer shipping to most countries around the globe.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders go through a handling period before being shipped. Typically, 99% of orders are dispatched within 1-3 days after payment is received. You will receive an email notification once your items are on their way.
What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive on time?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days of placing the order, please contact support@parnai.com for assistance.
How long does shipping take?
Standard International Shipping: 8-20 business days.
Please note that all orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch.
How will my package be delivered?
This depends on your location and the product ordered. Packages are generally delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or your local post office, with a notice left in your mailbox. In some cases, if the postal service is unable to deliver the package, it will be available for pickup at your local post office once you receive the notice.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer FREE shipping worldwide.
Where will my package be shipped from?
Our warehouses are located in various locations, including China and the United States. Most orders are shipped from China. If you need more information, please contact us at support@parnai.com.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please send us a photo or video proof of the damage, and we will immediately send you a replacement, free of charge.
AFTER PURCHASE
I entered the wrong shipping address or selected the wrong variant! Can I change it?
If you notice an error in your shipping address or selected variant, please contact us at support@parnai.com as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to assist you. Please note that once an order has entered the shipping process, we may not be able to make any changes or offer a refund if the product is sent to an incorrect address.
My package is stuck in customs, what can I do?
Customs, postal services, and Parnai are separate entities, so we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services. Any customs charges or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. If your order is delayed in customs, we recommend contacting your country's customs department for further assistance.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order is placed, the information is sent directly to the shipping department, which processes the order within 1-3 working days. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact customer service as soon as possible, and we will try to assist you. However, once the order is shipped, we will not be able to make changes.
